Arrow Nova is a puzzle game published by QuantumLogic Loom. This policy explains what the app does with data, in plain terms.
No personal data. Arrow Nova has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Your level progress, stars and settings are stored on your device only, and are removed when you uninstall the app. We do use Google's Firebase to see how the game is played and to learn about crashes — described under Analytics and crash reports below.
Arrow Nova shows rewarded video ads. These only appear when you choose to watch one in exchange for a tip or for letting the robot solve a level. No ad is shown without you asking for it, and no ad interrupts a level.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show them, Google may collect and process:
Google acts as an independent controller of that data. Its practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and its privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform the first time it runs. You choose there whether personalised ads are allowed. You can reset your choice by clearing the app's data.
You can also limit ad tracking at any time from your device settings: Settings › Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID, or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
Arrow Nova uses two Google Firebase services.
Firebase Analytics records how the game is played, so we can tell where a level is too hard and which help players actually use. The events are about the game, not about you: which level was started and finished, how many moves it took against par, how many stars it scored, whether a tip or the robot was used, and whether an ad paid for it. Alongside them Google collects a randomly generated app instance ID, your device model and operating system version, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.
Firebase Crashlytics reports crashes and errors so they can be fixed. A report contains the error, the code path it came from, the app version, the device model and the operating system version. It contains nothing you typed — the game has no text input — and none of your level data.
Neither service is given your name, your email or any account: the app has none to give. Google processes this data as our processor, and its practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
No name, no email address, no account, no precise location, no contacts, no photos, no files, no messages and no health data. The game has no text input and asks for no permissions beyond the network access its ads and analytics need.
Arrow Nova is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Because we hold no personal data of our own, there is nothing on our side to export or delete beyond uninstalling the app. For data held by Google as an advertising partner or analytics processor, use the Google links above, or contact us and we will help you direct the request.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
